An Evening on the Rive-Gauche
A Musical Journey Through Post-War French Chansons

Let yourself be transported to the intimate cabarets of post-war Paris - a world of smoky cafés, velvet lights, and songs that speak straight to the heart.

An Evening on the Rive-Gauche celebrates the timeless music of Édith Piaf, Jacques Brel, Barbara, Charles Aznavour and other legendary voices who shaped the golden age of French chanson.
An unforgettable night featuring:

• Iconic songs from the 1940s–1970s
• A warm, intimate nightclub ambiance
• Stories and moments that breathe life back into Paris of another era
Join us for a nostalgic, elegant, and deeply human musical experience.

Starring: France Lepitre and Donald O'Hara with James Gelfand on piano, Simon Daigle on upright bass and Martin Bellemare on accordion.

Stage Direction: Brenda-Lynn Carr
Produced by: Peter White

All profits from sale of tickets will be donated to the Brome County Historical Society / Musée Lac-Brome
