In the small town of Somerset, real estate agent Maggie has been trying to sell an old mansion with all its quirks, but there have been no takers. However, Maggie is determined, and she keeps showing it, to her dismay. There's something about this house that needs just the right buyer.
Tom wants a change of life and decides to move to Somerset and look at the old mansion. Will he buy it? Will he help Maggie finally unload it so she never has to go there again? Is this the house for Tom?
This English comedy has something for everyone; hilarious situations, touching moments, a delightful surprise, and wonderful characters that do not disappoint.
