Originally from Mariupol, lyric baritone Ihor Mostovoi, with his rich and expressive timbre, is an emerging artist on the rise, a member of the Paris Opera Academy and winner of several international competitions, now performing on major stages across Europe and North America.
Ukrainian pianist Serhiy Salov, born in Donetsk in 1979 and based in Montreal, is acclaimed for his expressive virtuosity and poetic interpretation. A laureate of numerous international competitions - including Montreal (2004), Dudley (2000) and Épinal (2004) -, he was a finalist at the Gina Bachauer (2010) and Cincinnati (2012) competitions, and recipient of the Richard Lupien Improvisation Prize (2014), while pursuing a worldwide career that includes solo piano transcriptions of symphonic masterpieces.
