A show devoted entirely to the songs of Cat Stevens. The main performer is Pierre Trépanier, accompanied by two great friends. This is first and foremost an acoustic show, where the voice is supported by guitar, piano, bass, percussion, flute and superb vocal harmonies. The chemistry between the artists is obvious!
For this show, Pierre Trépanier felt it was very important to keep the original color of the artist, while adding a very personal touch. This show is a unique tribute to the artist's work and path. The quality of the show is mainly due to sensitive interpretation and pertinent narration.
The emphasis is on the beauty of the melodies and the humanism of Cat Stevens' lyrics. With this performance, the three musicians (Three for the Tillerman) aim to touch the heart and soul of the audience, and inspire them to hum along to tunes they've forgotten, or others they'll discover anew.
